task of the Business Case. This pro-forma
will be the project’s budget.
Upon completing the pro-forma a schedule shall be
created to captures key tasks, resources and milestone dates.
Then applying “risk management” we’ll weigh
whether the project’s pro-forma has a weak or strong ROI.
Completing this we’ll write an attainable analytic
dash-board platforms to include data collection sources and methods.
